You are a perfect fit if you:
🔸 Have 6-12 months of experience in B2B sales/lead generation OR sourcing/recruiting 🔸 Speak and write fluently in Ukrainian and English (understand the different kinds of effective communication)🔸 Understand the IT market, follow tech trends, and (ideally) is interested in talent sourcing🔸 Can gather and analyze information from multiple sources🔸 Have well-developed systematic thinking and can tame the chaos (a.k.a. dynamic environment)🔸 Planning, effectiveness criteria, analysis, ownership, focus, and collaboration are not just words for you, but work principles🔸 Can work independently without any micromanagement because you are result-oriented (you understand what KPI is)
Your responsibilities for the first 6-12 months in the position:
🔸 Create a consistent LeadGen process based on the data we already have🔸 Generate and test cold emails hypotheses for LinkedIn/email🔸 Communicate (in writing) with potential clients until the first introductory call with the agency’s CEO🔸 Grow a potential clients base according to our ICPs, using LinkedIn, Сrunchbase and other professional platforms, also by using Boolean Search and X-Ray queries🔸 Work with the Pipedrive CRM system🔸 If needed, help coworkers with talent sourcing (if you have 4-6 months of experience in sourcing, it will be a huge plus)
The progress we see in 12+ months:
➡️ Analyze the services market and client's needs in the IT recruiting domain
➡️ Operate redesigning the current agency services/or initiate creating the new ones
➡️ Become a Talent Sourcer or a Fullstack Recruiter
Our team is divided between the UK and Ukraine, so we mostly work remotely, following the work-from-anywhere approach. You will have an opportunity to work from a coworking if you prefer this way.
The hiring process consists of:
1) HR Screen with our recruiter Kateryna (up to 30 minutes, online)
An introductory call, where you will describe your current experience and motivation, and Katya will answer possible questions and figure out whether we can be a potential match
2) Test task (up to 2 hours)
We believe that the best way to test your technical skills is with a small practical task to see how you:
- work with the primary request
- search and analyze information
3) The final stage is an interview with CEO Yulia Keskin, during which you will discuss your approaches to the performance of the test task, as well as synchronize mutual expectations
4) Reference check
