We're looking for a smart, passionate and strategic driven IT Recruiter with HR functions to join our Solringair Team
SolringAir is a dynamic software company specialized in building innovative solutions for airlines. It's products have robust capabilities which optimize costs, increase ancillary revenue streams, elevate UX/UI, as well as heighten brand positioning in the airline e-commerce arena.
SolringAir solutions and products for airlines:
- Internet Booking Engine ( Web and Mobile iOS, Android)
- eCHECK-IN ( Web, Kiosks and Mobile iOS, Android)
- Automated Check-in and Overbooking Manager
- e-Invitations ( email, push, sms, social channels etc.)
- Ancillary Shopping ( seats, meals, baggage, other air and non-air services)
- Manage My Booking ( refund, revalidation, reissue, ancillaries, upgrade etc.)
- Marketing and Campaign Suite (personalized and generic)
Who we need
An ideal candidate would conducting the full-cycle recruitment for company needs, participate in the development of recruitment strategy and expand all activities to various HR projects.
Essential qualities:
• 2+ year experience in IT Recruiter role (experience in IT is a must)
• Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
• Candidates searching experience (Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, etc. )
• Excellent organizational, leadership, proactivity, flexibility and good communication skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written)

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in conducting HR interviews
  • Social activity in Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Knowledge in all HR processes (adaptation, motivation, staffing, performance evaluation)

What you will do day-to-day:
• The full cycle of recruitment (active candidate's screening, selection, CV database management, publishing and updating of information about the open positions, etc.)
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, writing feedback, communication with decision maker
• Job market analysis and review
• Provide a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
• Develop a corporate culture and recruitment policies in collaborations with teammates
• On-boarding process and adaptation of new employees
• Support employees with the company's processes and procedures
• Providing one-to-one meetings
• Organization of corporate events, meetings
• Manage HR documents
• Maintain and improve positive employee relations and corporate atmosphere
