An ideal candidate would conducting the full-cycle recruitment (including sourcing) to find, select and attract the best talents for our customers and participate in the development of our services.

Your skillset:
• At least 2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition specialist (IT experience is a must, but if you feel you're #verybusy person even with less experience — feel free to try your luck, we're always open to chat with motivated people
• Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
• Candidates active searching experience (Linkedin, GitHub, Twitter, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, proactivity, flexibility and sales skills
• Experience in conducting HR interviews
• Sense of initiative, attention to details and good communication skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written)

Desirable skills:
  • Social activity in Facebook, LinkedIn, IT related events

What you will do day-to-day:
• The full cycle of recruitment (active candidate's sourcing and screening, selection and support during all hiring process)
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, providing feedback both to the hiring managers & candidates, collaborate with decision makers
• Job market analysis and review
• Provide a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
• Build and maintain strong partnership relations with candidates & customers, build strong candidate experience
• Constantly develop yourself as a Recruitment professional
• Make IT Recruitment great again
