The Skill Set
  • Ideally you have 3-9 months of experience of searching IT talents
  • You are aware of the IT Industry and related job titles
  • You have basic knowledge (can name it) of mainstream software development technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.)
  • You have knowledge (at least basic) of modern talent sourcing techniques and recruiting channels
  • You are a self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitask mode
  • You are an excellent communicator and you have a solid verbal and written communication skills (including English)
  • You are a team player, proactive and result-oriented person

We will appreciate

Within 1 month, you will:
  • Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates
  • Screen the CVs according to vacancies requirements
  • Initial contact with candidates and process them to recruitment team
  • Maintain our database and related reports

Within 3 months, you will:
  • Together with Recruiter develop and implement a creative, comprehensive sourcing strategy, including building relationships with passive candidates and establishing an effective pipeline of talents
  • Facilitate the initial conversations between the candidates and the recruiters
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible

Within 6 months, you will:
  • Improve and automate the candidate's selection process
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Job market analysis and reviews


Within 12 months, you will:
  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offered and get hired
  • Contribute to open source sourcing community
  • Measure of the recruiting channels effectiveness and providing valuable insights and recommendations
  • Know all possible ways and methods of sourcing and headhunting, but use your own ecological & smart approach
