What is GDPR?

GDPR is an EU-wide privacy and data protection law that regulates how EU residents' data is protected by companies and enhances the control the EU residents have over their personal data.
The GDPR is relevant to any globally operating сompany and not just the EU-based businesses and EU residents. GDPR provisions are important to us, and that is why we have implemented GDPR controls as our baseline standard for all our operations worldwide.

Why is GDPR important?
GDPR adds some new requirements regarding how companies should protect individuals' personal data that they collect and process. It also raises the stakes for compliance by increasing enforcement and imposing greater fines for breach. Beyond these facts it's simply the right thing to do. At VeryBusy Recruiting we strongly believe that your data privacy is very important and we already have solid security and privacy practices in place that go beyond the requirements of this new regulation.

Data collection
We collect and process the information you provide us with in accordance with this Policy.
We do NOT use decision-making and profiling based solely on automated processing which produces legal effects concerning individuals or similarly significantly affects them.
We act as a data controller with regard to Visitors’ and Customers’ data. We are data processors when Job seekers submit their data to us and we process it on behalf of the Customer and according to its instructions. Also, we may act as a data controller if we use Job seekers’ personal data to perform our email outreach campaigns. We use the personal data we collected through the Site only for the purposes listed in this Policy. We may share your personal data with third parties solely for the purposes listed herein. We do not sell your data.
